We are seeking a few incredibly stable, reliable, heart-centered people who love to talk on the phone and take care of people.

For this position, you’ll need to be well-spoken, easy to hear, slow-talking, with good English. As you engage customers on the phone in a professional and courteous manner, you will with training, also be ready to walk a customer through a sale if we have a good product that matches their needs. This is not a high pressure sales role, this is a consultative support relationship you will be building with our customers. We want you to be able to spend as much time with a customer as needed. You are our first line of love and support. There is no need to hurry or to push anyone.

You will be taking orders from customers and doctor’s office managers; handling refunds (and trying to save sales); and confirming orders before we ship them.

You will both be answering calls and making outbound calls for our healthy supplements.

Specifically, the Skills You Need to Have Include:

– Excellent verbal communication skills, in person, online, and on the phone.

– A quiet, professional room from which you can conduct your calls.

– Comfortable with software that monitors workflow and takes screenshots.

– Confident with computer navigation, technical operation of your computer, and possessing a fast, reliable internet connection.

– Ability to take charge and to work independently without constant supervision.

– Have an unbeatable work ethic and willing to go the extra mile.

– Team player attitude with an interest in helping all members of the team succeed.

You’re going to start as an Independent Contractor with a competitive hourly wage (depending on experience). In time, and with training, we may add a bonus structure for reaching sales milestones in the future.
